The Standard
A BluElite earns and keeps their title through excellence in dance, home, and school. Being BluElite is about more than talent. It is about character, respect, discipline, and a commitment to daily growth.
A BluElite carries themselves with confidence, grace, integrity, and outstanding etiquette. They lead by example, treat others with respect, and strive to improve by at least 1% every day.
The BluElite title must be continually earned. To remain eligible, dancers must uphold BluElite standards in all three areas of life: dance, home, and school.

In ballet, the reverence is the closing bow that thanks the teacher and the musician. A BluElite closes each day the same way, with gratitude.
